Week 16 D3

Over the course of them semester I learned a lot about conflict and how to deal with it. My favorite concept that we learned would be the S-TLC system. I believe it to be a great system and method of steps to take in order to deal with conflicts. I also learned how to avoid conflicts that might occur. Conflicts will always happen in life. It is best to know and understand how to deal with them in a way that everyone would be happy. Also it good to know how to deal with conflicts I different situations.  As always when conflicts become too hard to handle, knowing that you can reach out to a mediator to help you is a good thing to know. They can help you solve big conflicts instead of having to spend lots of money going to court over things.  I am thankful for all of the tactics that I have learned when dealing with conflicts. This class was extremely helpful in providing tools for future conflicts that could arise.

  1. Hey Roro! It was nice reading what you learned over the course of this class. I have to say that S-TLC system stuck out to me when I was thinking about what to write for this particular post. This is such a useful system to apply whether there is conflict or not. I believe that by just simply stopping to think about what is going on can cause people to avoid so many argument and over blown conflicts. A mediator is also helpful since it gives the two conflicting party a person they can talk to and go to for advice. I agree with you that this class was extremely helpful in providing practical concepts we can apply even now. Good job on posts this week!
