One concept from chapter 3 that stuck out to me
would be personal stress. I would have to say that I times I do have a lot of
stress in my life that can occur from within. It does wear and tear on me
emotionally and physically but I know how to handle it. I end up doing it to
myself, since I am always working or focusing on school or other people and I
don’t talk time for myself. I often find myself over booking my schedule for
the day and sometimes working back to back jobs and then getting off late and
having to be up early again the next morning. I also worry a lot about things
and that causes personal stress to occur. I think that everyone has personal
stress in their life, but it’s up to each person how to deal with it and to let
it run their life or not.
